About as far away from his old band as he could get, ex-Ministry guitarist Zlatke Hukic’s first solo album is a toxic blend of industrial drumming and guitars mixed with his own bullet proof rhyming flow.
The guitars are worked into the beats in a style reminiscent of Cypress Hill and ICP so any comparisons with other rap-rockers like Kid Rock and Limp Bizkit can be easily avoided as this man is forging his own style and is easily a league ahead of most bands incorporating guitars and rap.
The amount of vocal switches are hard to keep track of, Marz defiantly has a lot of cards up his sleeve as he demonstrates his lightning fast flow only to slow it down and rhyme at every speed in-between.
If you’re into industrial and rap then you’ll no doubt love this album, for a debut it is a solid effort and Marz should be applauded for avoiding all the whining and bling bling lyrics that his counterparts never seem to tire of.
