He plans to get two friends (both tattoo artists) from his hometown in Fontana, California but he wouldn't say any names.
The band, he says, will be "Very Minutemen and Fugazi-ish, with a touch of the Refused".
The project is expected to take form in December, at which point Blink will all be taking time out.
