Brighton's Brakes are doing the touring thing pretty ruddy soon. What's more, they've a new single hitting the shelves in the not-too-distant future.
The 45 in question is 'Cease and Desist', taken from the band's second album The Beautific Visions. I have it, it's good. I really like the last song... but it's not this single, so I'll shut it.
The single's out on February 26, through Rough Trade. Tour dates, they look like this:
February 20 London Astoria (with Long Blondes) 22 Dundee Westport 23 Aberdeen Drummond 24 Forres The Loft 25 Inverness Raigmore 26 Edinburgh Cabaret Voltaire (single release party) 28 Manchester Academy 3
March 1 Nottingham Rescue Rooms 2 Sheffield Foundry 3 Leicester Charlotte 4 Norwich Arts Centre
