The Rakes have announced that their new album, Ten New Messages, will be released via V2 on March 19.
The album is to be preceded, by a week, by the single 'We Danced Together'. No, Alan, we didn't. That was Mark, remember? You were drunk, granted, but still: I don't wear Burberry.
The band's debut, Capture/Release, came out in 2005 you know. Maybe you've got it. If so, you might be going to one of the band's upcoming shows, which you can see here.
A tracklisting for the new album? Oh, okay...
'The World Was A Mess But His Hair Was Perfect' 'Little Superstitions' 'We Danced Together' 'Trouble' 'Suspicious Eyes' 'On A Mission' 'Down With Moonlight' 'When Tom Cruise Cries' 'Time to Stop Talking' 'Leave The City And Come Home'
