Sneddon - no relation of our dear, dear former-Fame Academy star David - also claimed that there were a number of "special allegations" which could make Jackson ineligible for probation and could significantly affect the time he spends incarcerated, should that happen.
Jackson's lawyers called all the allegations, special or otherwise, "a big lie", probably just before sticking out their tongues at the prosecution. Jackson is due back in court on 16th January. In the meantime mothers and fathers, best lock up your kids. Well, it is bloody cold outside.
