The gig in Clarkstown on July 30 he faces charges which include criminal sexual behaviour, assault and battery, all of which could lead to a 2 years prison sentence.
It is alledged that Manson approached Joshua Keasler, a security guard at the gig, spat on the man¹s head, wrapping his legs around it and rubbing his genital area against Keasler's head and neck. Manson was only wearing a G-string through the whole thing.
The fans lapped it up as they thought it was part of his controversial act.
