Saddle Creek-signed singer of a lotta loveliness Maria Taylor has announced some UK dates for next month. Yup.
Taylor's Lynn Teeter Flower LP, her second, was released last month. She stops at the following venues in May:
May 9 Brighton The Hope 10 London Metro 11 Newport Le Pub 12 Manchester Phoenix 13 Glasgow Nice N Sleazy 14 Newcastle Cumberland Arms
Some people said nice things about Lynn Teeter Flower, like Uncut: "A winning hybrid of indie neuroses and Brill Building craft, precision and intimacy..."
Sadly, DiS reckoned it was safe and predictable. Sorry Maria. We love you really!
