The Music will tour this summer to support the release of their new album.
Strength in Numbers is the follow-up to 2004’s overreaching and ultimately self-destructive Welcome to the North and it arrives on the 16th of June through Polydor subsidiary Yes Please.
Before that, these sold out shows will take place as part of the band’s ‘Four Cities’ dates – where The Music visit Manchester, Leeds, London and Glasgow in consecutive months, jumping to bigger venues each time.
Itinerary, including the next Four Cities dates in July:
June 15 Isle of Wight Festival 16 Cardiff University 18 Liverpool Academy 19 Newcastle University 20 Sheffield Leadmill 22 Bristol Bierkeller 23 Wolverhampton Wulfrun Hall 25 Norwich Waterfront 26 Cambridge Junction 27 Oxford Academy
July 1 Manchester Academy 2 Leeds Town Hall 4 London Astoria 5 Glasgow ABC
Tickets for all dates cost £13.50, apart from in London where they're £15. Find them at SeeTickets.com or here, (Glasgow).
