Cork's Simple Kid is to tour the UK in May.
Ciaran McFeely, as he's known by his Ma and Da, will play ten dates in total. His last recorded output - the Simple Kid 2 album - saw the light of day back in October, so we presume it's too early for him to have another out.
Here are the full details of this 'just-for-the-hell-of-it' tour, then:
May 14 London Scala 16 Brighton Komedia 17 Bristol Thekla 18 Nottingham Social 19 Newcastle Academy 2 20 Birmingham Bar Academy 22 Liverpool Academy 2 23 Dublin The Village 25 Glasgow Oran Mor 26 Stockton Georgian Theatre
Support on the date comes from ex-JJ72 man Mark Greaney, who is joined in London by Hafdís Huld - she what used to be in Icelandic techno band Gus Gus.
