West claims that Miller owns some 10 tracks that the rapper recorded before he was 18. The lawsuit alleges that the DJ - a name in house music circles - attempted to distribute the songs without permission earlier in 2005.

West's legal representatives claim that Miller offered the tracks to would-be distributors using fake contracts bearing a forged signature, supposedly West's.

West (pictured) is now seeking around $1.3 million and a promise from Miller that he will never use the rapper's name or voice in connection with the recordings in question (one choice effort is entitled 'Ho!!!').
