Today is Bandcamp Friday, the day when the platform takes no fees so all of your hard-earned cash goes direct to the artists/labels you love.
We wouldn't usually send out an email like this but as you may have noticed online, it's also Spotify Wrapped week (aka "The Wrapped-ture"), where artists and independent labels are being sent annual stats of their plays, whilst picking the lint from their pockets.
Want to know what you can do to support the music you love?
Our advice as always is: if you have loved a record, go buy it (from Bandcamp or your local record shop or from the merch desk).
Or treat yourself to some merch.
Or find the artists' Patreon/Substack/Ghost/etc and subscribe for a few months.
Or treat yourself and a friend to a ticket to their upcoming show (especially if it's in a grassroots venue). Or at least add yourself to their mailing list or online notifications on something like Songkick or BandsinTown so you don't miss them when they come through.
Already done all that? Looking for some recommendations? I kicked off this great thread with one of my favourite discoveries of 2025

That's A Wrap...
