SHOWNOTES magazine is now being stocked in more than 500 music venues across the UK. Get your mitts on your copy!
Drowned in Sound have teamed up with Music Venue Trust to launch the magazine, which celebrates and investigates everything live music – including 500 gig listings up and down the country.
The DAY ONES issue’s cover stars are Deftones, and you’ll also find German DJ HorsegiirL, Mercury-nominated jungle artist Nia Archives, Nicky Wire of Manic Street Preachers and interviews with disco duo Getdown Services, alt-popstar Julia Wolf and Vancouver-based band PISS.
We’ve got essays about the transcendent experience of watching live music, phone-free gigs, and why you should get down to the show early and support the support act.
We’ve had some incredible feedback already, but we want it even more hands. Yours, hopefully.
