An important and timely record, but happily also an extremely satisfying and moving one

Consistently sweet and lilting, building multiple layers of sound to orchestral intensity

Happily, Hug of Thunder is far from a letdown

While 4:44 may not be his greatest album, it is a much valued deviation from the norm
