Review

A superb case for the band’s continuing musical, as well as lyrical, relevancy

A sheer blast and a swift punch in the gut.

A collection of fine Thompson songs

It’s brilliantly clunky

This feels like a calculatedly ambitious album

A stack of genuinely likeable songs and a knack for melodies that are never less than rock solid
